Georgia is the only state no longer cantilevering signs because they are too lazy to inspect them every 3-5 years. Look at the beauty of VA's completed I-95 Express Lanes compared to our hideous, sloppy I-75 clusterf*ck. NC's I-77 Express Lanes and VA's I-95 Express Lanes will have 1/3 the amount of trusses and are cleaner and gorgeous. They are going to be this sloppy all along I-285 and GA400 unless someone gets them to raise their quality standards. I am going to do everything I can to get GDOT to stop wasting money on trusses spanning entire roadway for a single overhead sign.Įvery structure just inside I-285 Northbound isn't visually level either.
